Delivery costs

We deliver all over the world. Find below the rates we apply:

WORLD: 60 € EUROPE: 25 € FRANCE: 15 €

Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location.

Returns

Return costs are not covered by the house.

Please email us at cutomer@mizele.com with the order number and the reason for return.

Return the product to the following address: 72 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris

Only new products, not worn and in their original state will be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the clothing label.

You can return them to us up to 30 days after the delivery date of your package. You will be refunded without additional steps, as soon as possible after receipt of your parcel. The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order.
